Quality Policy
-JUST always put priority on quality to meet customer’s demand.
-To achieve high level of quality, JUST comply with 3 P’s(Proper items, Proper quantity, Proper place) & 5 C’s(Composition, Coordination, Cleaning, Cleanliness, Carriage of attitude) standardization. Also, we gather data (ex. Defect rate, Output etc) from each production process and analyze it to call a weekly meeting for finding out solution to improve productivity and quality status for better level in every week.
